COMPETENCY BASED INTERVIEW QUESTIONS
All of our competencies have corresponding interview questions that were created to identify what stage of development a job candidate is at for a given competency. Our competency-based interview guide includes instructions and tips for the interviewer, interview questions and follow-up probes for each competency, and a rating scale that maps directly to the behavioral requirements for each stage of development.
