Originally from Nova Scotia, Lee completed his undergraduate studies at Saint Francis Xavier University, an Education degree from Memorial University in Newfoundland, and then his graduate studies in adult learning and global change at the University of British Columbia. He is currently the Director of learning and development at Trimac Transportation, a north American-wide transportation, shipping, and logistics company with over 3600 employees and locations across Canada and the United States, as well as provides freelance consulting services for organizations looking to improve their training, leadership, or skills development programs.
