Sabina is an accomplished Talent Management/HR professional. She has spent the better part of the past two decades studying how organizations function and how people work. She has been privileged to have learned and contributed to the work of multiple organizations including AstraZeneca as their Head of Learning and Development, Biologics, CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, and the US Federal government. Her work has included global succession planning, performance management, and creating and implementing effective Learning and Development programs. She considers the primary purpose of her work to be helping others develop and improve.
