Over the course of his 12-year career, Williams has worked for companies such as Alliance Data, Dell Europe, and Both the provincial and Federal governments of Canada. In March 2020, he took on the HR Executive role at NTD Apparel to help improve the HR leadership within a medium-size apparel organization right at the beginning of the covid pandemic.
