In this episode, Andrea Butler interviews Kathrina Nhan about strategies for attracting and retaining talent.

Kathrina is a Chinese Filipina Canadian. Having parents from different cultural backgrounds led to a natural curiosity to learn more about others and the values and beliefs that guide people. She started out her people career in the federal government as a student learning about compensation frameworks, organizational design, and staffing. Naturally gravitating towards talent management, it quickly became clear that connecting talent with the right opportunities and helping leaders foster this talent was a key motivator for her. Having built and led teams in this space, she continues to pursue her passion as the Managing Director of People and Culture at GroupM Canada.
