Dave has over 25 years of experience in the delivery of human resources programs and initiatives specializing in talent management, diversity and inclusion, and talent development. Prior to joining Lyft, Dave has worked in a variety of industries including biopharmaceutical, telecommunications, and software technology. In each role, he has focused on the development and delivery of employee and leadership development offerings, HR programs, coaching, and the creation and implementation of diversity and inclusion programs.
