J.D. is Vice President of Talent Management at Huge, an experience design and integrated marketing agency. J.D. leads Talent for Huge’s Southeast region and also works to execute against Huge’s global talent strategy. He spent 5 years with Korn Ferry as a part of both their Leadership & Talent Consulting practice as well as their internal Strategy & Innovation Consulting group. J.D. then spent a short year with CEB (now Gartner) as a Consultant on their Marketing Talent Solutions team before joining Huge.
