She has designed, delivered, and evaluated customer and employee training programs across a wide spectrum of enterprises. Jenny holds a Master of Education degree in adult learning and global change through the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in music. She is certified in leadership coaching, talent development, and instructional design.
