PJ is a lifelong coach turned speaker and educator who has spent over a decade developing individuals, teams and corporations. A former collegiate lacrosse and rugby coach, PJ shifted from locker rooms to boardrooms when he founded the consulting firm, Humanics Coaching, specializing in talent development and corporate wellness. After spending three years consulting for Ewing Irrigation, the nation’s largest family-owned distributor in the green industry, he joined the team full-time as an Education Trainer. He now serves as Ewing’s Director of Talent Development.
