Mark has also been responsible for leading large-scale projects and initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams, and large learning teams. Currently, Mark’s position with Graphic Packaging International is Vice-President, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Diversity & Inclusion. Mark is responsible for providing enterprise-wide thought leadership and counsel to senior executives on all areas of talent, including talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, performance management, succession, leadership development, and employee engagement.
