Suzanne is the Vice President of Transformation Services at Walmart Canada, overseeing change management, enterprise organization design, digital transformation, agile transformation, and designing the store of the future. Suzanne is a Certified Facilitator (MindGym) and has been a featured speaker for many organizations, including Schulich School of Business, Schulich Executive Education Centre, Financial Management Institute, Canadian Government Executive, Institute of Public Administration of Canada, Tomorrow’s Ontario Public Service, and Future Leaders of Ontario. Suzanne holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Strategy from the Schulich School of Business and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph.
