In this episode, Andrea Butler interviews Kara Dogali about developing empathy in leaders.

Kara is a Talent and Organizational Development leader who drives global initiatives and focuses on innovative learning practices to ensure maximum impact and engagement across ISG. She is a member of the ISG Human Resources Leadership Team and is responsible for many of the next-generation HR initiatives in the ISG WorkLife program. Kara earned a BS in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University and a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven. She is co-director of marketing for the Association of Talent Development: Southern Connecticut Chapter.
