Helen is one of those people who took her time figuring out what it was she wanted to do with her career. Before she found and fell in love with HR she served in the military, owned a few small businesses, and tried her hand at teaching. She has spent about 20 years in HR, and her experience spans progressive HR roles in public and private sector organizations that range from entertainment, automotive, distribution, and the CPG industry. Helen loves HR because she can so clearly see the impact that she is making on people as well as the organization.
