Susan currently serves as the Global Director of People and Organization for Mars Incorporated, which is based in Virginia. A large part of her work today is enabling the future of work within the corporate headquarters and its other centre-based associates across the globe. Susan earned an MBA in organizational leadership and holds multiple HR certifications. Susan is a self-described chameleon given her diverse background of experience leading human resource functions within a range of multinational organizations over her 20-year career. She is often called in as the fixer to get teams back on track by assessing their HR needs or influencing the toughest of senior leaders.
